In AI search, being seen matters less than being cited. We restructure developers' public material into AI- and search-readable, citable, sourced content — and keep it current.
Our position
Thai real-estate information is scattered across PDFs, images and multilingual channels — AI usually crawls an empty shell. We rebuild it into a form AI can retrieve and cite. We are among the earliest teams doing this systematically; a first-mover lead is kept through continuous freshness.
How we do it
- Structure: project facts and regulation points become plain HTML + Schema, each with source and verification date.
- Crawlable: real body for non-JS AI crawlers, correct robots / sitemap / hreflang, submitted to the major AI and search engines.
- Two-layer isolation: only the display / answer layer is public; the raw corpus is vaulted.
- Kept current: gazette changes targeted within 7 days; monthly citation re-testing.

- — Opened access to major AI answer engines: The site now lets GPTBot, ClaudeBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot and Bytespider (Doubao) read the public source layer; training-only crawlers follow a cite-but-don't-train policy.
- — Royal Lee Turquoise source page is live: Added a structured source page for Royal Lee Turquoise Community Mall in Phuket — project facts, signed tenants, images and video, each fact with its source and verification date.
- — Real-estate source pages went multilingual (zh/en/ru): The AI-source capability page added Russian with hreflang and structured data; Thai, Arabic, French, Spanish and Hindi follow.
